Designed for vehicles with first-generation MBUX NTG6 and factory navigation capability.

A touchscreen or “Hey Mercedes” voice assistant alone does not identify the navigation generation. Check the installed system and current map information.

✔ Mercedes model and year
✔ A photo of the Map Version / System Information screen if compatibility has not already been confirmed

The activation PIN is generated for your VIN, NTG6 system and Europe V26 release. Please check the VIN carefully before sending it.

🌎 Imported Vehicles

This package is intended for systems already configured for the European navigation region.

Vehicles using North American, Japanese, Middle Eastern, Chinese or other regional maps may require a separate region conversion first. European map files and an activation PIN do not automatically convert the system.

For an imported vehicle, provide the current map-information photo before ordering.

🛠️ Installation

1. Prepare the downloaded files on a 64GB NTFS USB, or use the supplied prepared drive.
2. Switch on the vehicle and maintain adequate power throughout installation.
3. Insert the USB into a compatible vehicle data port.
4. Allow MBUX to detect the update and follow the on-screen prompts.
5. Enter the supplied activation PIN when requested.
6. Leave the USB connected until installation is complete.
7. Check the new map version after completion.

Do not remove the USB or interrupt vehicle power during an active update.
