Great service
Having emailed my stats for the car ie. Vin, make, model and year within about an hour they emailed straight back with the correct may and key.
So I purchased the download and key extracted the file onto USB stick but found that my SanDisk sticks would not read in the car even tho they are fat32 formatted I put the file onto another brand of usb stick and it all worked well.
Will recommend to all my friends.

Fantastic service
Just wanted to thank Brian for all the prompt correspondence from getting the car info to letting me know the update on a memory stick was on its way, providing instructions and getting me to look for another usb port in the car when nothing happened after inserting the usb stick,found a second usb port in the glove box of my 2012 mini coupe jcw that had a satnav that hadn't been updated from new,but is now bang up to date. I highly recommend if your satnav needs an update,all done at a fantastic price too.
