I was sceptical at first as the SD card appeared to be blank and is not recognised by Mazda Toolbox. Once plugged into my 2015 Mazda 3 the maps are indeed working and appear to be up to date. All good.

Great Product with Excellent Customer Service!
I recently purchased two 2024-25 Sat Nav SD Card Updates for my Mazda vehicles – a Mazda CX-5 and a Mazda 3. I wanted to ensure both of my cars had the most up-to-date maps and navigation features, especially since I frequently drive across Europe for work and leisure. The SD cards arrived incredibly quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting them to be delivered so fast, and it was great to get started with the installation right away.
The installation process was simple and straightforward, taking just a few minutes for each car. The first card I installed in my Mazda CX-5 worked flawlessly. The maps were detailed and accurate, making navigation a breeze, especially on unfamiliar roads. I was very pleased with how easy it was to update the system.
However, I made a bit of a mistake with the second SD card. Out of curiosity and without really thinking it through, I decided to try both SD cards in the same vehicle – my Mazda CX-5. Both cards worked perfectly fine in that car, which initially made me think everything was in order. But when I moved on to my Mazda 3 to install the second card, neither of the SD cards would work. It turned out that once an SD card is used in a car, it becomes locked to that car's VIN and cannot be used in another vehicle. Unfortunately, I had inadvertently locked both cards to my Mazda CX-5.
I was concerned that I might have to purchase a whole new SD card for my Mazda 3, but I decided to reach out to LatestSatNav to explain the situation. I was really impressed with their customer service. They were understanding and helpful from the start. After explaining what happened, they kindly offered to replace one of the SD cards at no extra cost. I didn’t expect such a generous response, especially since the mistake was entirely mine. The replacement card arrived just as quickly as the original order, and I was able to install it in my Mazda 3 without any further issues.
The new SD card worked perfectly, just like the first one. Now both of my Mazdas are updated with the latest maps, making driving across Europe much easier and more enjoyable. I’m very grateful to LatestSatNav for their excellent customer service and for making the replacement process so smooth and hassle-free.
