USB containing latest 2019-2 updates and FSC codes arrived the next day after ordering and it installed seamlessly . I went to a large road junction nearby that has recently been built which my previous map system didn’t show didn’t recognise and it was all there on the updated package . First class product and service much cheaper than the BMW dealers offer.

Great service and perfect map update
I have been recommended by Facebook group to purchase this update as my Satnav had a 2016 version and it doesn’t have my home address even ! I was not sure which one is correct for my JSW. Brian gave me the exact, clear and prompt reply every time when I emailed him. I have received a delivery next day without a delivery cost ! How brilliant it is ! It has been updated into my Satnav and works perfectly ! It took about a half hour. Thank you. I will come back in the future.

Shortly after paying, I received instructions and a link to download the map updates. These downloaded without any problems and extracted onto a USB stick. I then received the FSC code.
The update took about 30 mins and completed without any problems.

Refreshed my old satnav
I recently bought a 2014 330d and wanted to get the maps up to date. This was really simple with these guys, and after a couple of emails I was able to get the right product. The usb with the maps arrived quickly and the update was really simple to do. Great service with questions answered at any time of day - do they even sleep? - in any case I would highly recommend this service/ product.
