We required an update for our Becker Sat Nav in our Mercedes SLK due to us going on a road trip to France, our Sat Nav was 12 years old. Having only a little tech experience was very nervous especially as the instructions were to delete the originals off the unit before installing new software. But, we were very very impressed, firstly with the ease of purchase, the download was emailed within 1 minute of purchase, complete with instructions.
The important thing is to follow the step by step instructions without trying to skip a part of them. We did have one or two problems but that was down to lack of computer knowledge and not reading the instructions fully, but we emailed for help and there was an immediate response even 9.00 p.m. on a Saturday night. Our Sat Nat is fully upgraded and worked perfectly, outstanding customer service and a 1st class product. Thank you
