Outstanding service from Brian I’ve had all the way through. I ordered the wrong disk but was very happy to send out the correct disk without any hassle. Disk arrived the day after and took me a few hours to update given the amount that my system needed to update but it works a treat and would defiantly come back and order another for another car of mine in the future. I am not an over confident person when dealing with IT, but the three SD cards arrived promptly after ordering so the next day my wife and I sat in my Audi Q3 "connected to a battery charger" also with the instruction's provided, and completed the procedure

inside 3 hours only having to email Brian one time and found him very helpful. Everything now is running great, and this has saved us a great deal compared to main dealer prices. Magic !!!
