Far cheaper than dealership
Three memory cards and instructions arrived within a couple of days. Having read an earlier review I waited until I had a spare afternoon to load them.
At first I struggled to get into the mode to be able to load them and I contacted Brian, who sent me a You Tube link to see how to do it. Once I was in I was able to load the first 2 cards, which did take about 3 hours, so you need to allow plenty of time.
The Nav database version after card 2 was different to that advised on the instructions so I again emailed Brian, who was able to advise me that my version was a further update so all OK.
Card 3 went in very quickly and I was then able to check that everything still worked OK, which it did. When I first put a route into my SatNav it thought I was somewhere in Eastern Europe, but this updated itself within about 3 minutes and all was good.
The email responses from Brian when I was loading the cards was almost immediate, and I found him to very efficient and helpful.
My advice is allow plenty of time, follow the instructions very carefully, and be confident.

Audi A1 2015 MMI 3G+, 3GP HDD
3 SD cards came within 2 days for 2019 firmware and map plus activation update..
3 simple straightforward pages of instruction came with SD Cards.
1st card Firmware went through no problem in 30 minutes and confirmed.
2nd card Maps took 1 hour to update lots of new stuff i guess
but took a long time to confirm on version page on my system
about 2 hours i would say.
all this this time i was in contact with Brian and he confirmed my procedure in following his instruction.
whilst i was still waiting for 2nd SD to be confirmed on my system
i took the car for several short runs to see if i could get my Sat/Nav up and running because it was not showing now on my display screen
Remembering Brian and this company have excellent. reviews i was not to worried as i had read that some systems take a while longer to update fully than others.
Anyway after about 2 hours of leaving the car and short trips it sprang into life and was confirmed in my Version page.
then i proceeded to install 3rd SD card Activation that went through
within i minute all done.
I have now taken my car for some nice runs and all looks fine.
I would say on these more modern systems it can take a bit longer than the older systems to update maybe or it is an Audi thing.
