Having not paid Audi an extortionate amount of money for a SatNav update I came across these Guys. I was sceptical even though the reviews were very good. I thought for circa £50 I'll give them a go. I had a few initial queries which was answered very quickly to my full satisfaction.
So the purchase was made. Confirmation that my order was dispatched and two days later the package arrived with full instructions how to install. I set aside 4hrs to carry out the installation. I have to admit there was a couple of glitches with the system but sent of an email and got a response almost immediately. We decided to do a fully clean install which involved deleting all previously installed maps. So not a SD Card and press update now.
Here's the good part. The instructions via live email were all spot on and concise. A full system update was carried out in under three hours.
So all I can say is the product and service was fantastic from my initial query to installation.
