I updated my VW maps to make it work we had to update the firmwave Brian helped out and responded immediately to any questions I had. End result is an updated nav system for a fraction of the price VW quoted

Just does what it says on the package
I was nervous of attempting this as I had heard horror stories about how difficult it was ( hence VW wanted several hundred pounds to do it for me)
But having just succesfully installed a Sat Nav update for my Freelander 2 from this company and found the instructions and support from Brian so good I decided to try on my Touareg.
Goods arrived promptly along with several pages of instructions and the installation went off without a hitch and the product is great.
