Emailed Brian with picture of satnav and screen showing existing card data,reply was prompt with link to order update mapping.delivery was received in less than 24 hrs at no extra cost.simple to install following on screen prompts,was tested by looking for rest areas not shown on previous listings,eg Gloucester services,(can now travel across new forth road bridge without wet suit and snorkel!perfect.

Purchased a SD card update for my 2016 X-Trail. The first SD card failed to update and reboot. Contacted the seller and was sent a replacement SD card the following day and uploaded first time and working well.
