So Easy Verified Purchase

Be Careful – Connect 3 Looks Like Connect 2! Grateful for the Help and the Update
I recently decided to update the navigation system in my Nissan Qashqai, and I was excited to get the latest 2022-23 V7 Navigation Map. However, I quickly ran into a bit of confusion. My system looked exactly like the Connect 2 navigation unit, which I was familiar with, but it turns out I actually had a Connect 3 unit. This mix-up could have led to some serious frustration if I hadn’t double-checked before purchasing.
I initially thought my car had the Connect 2 system because the interface and overall appearance were almost identical. Thankfully, I decided to reach out to the support team before making the purchase. Brian, one of the support reps, was incredibly helpful and explained that in some Nissan models, the Connect 3 can indeed look very similar to the Connect 2. He guided me through the process of checking the old SD card to confirm exactly which version I had.
It turns out that I do have the Connect 3 system, which meant I needed the V7 SD card. The Connect 3 and Connect 2 can look very similar, so it’s crucial to check your existing SD card or consult with someone knowledgeable like Brian to avoid any mistakes. Thanks to the support team’s guidance, I now have a fully updated navigation system that makes my drives much safer and more enjoyable.
