Placed my order with latestsatnav and the update disc arrived a couple of days after..tried to do the update but my VW RNS510 unit just wouldn’t load the disc..got in touch with Brian at latestsatnav company who was very quick to respond and very helpful once I explained the problem..a few days later some replacement update software was at my door and now my unit is updated..a massive thank you and will recommend you in the future

The Latest 2020 Sat Nav Disc Updates for Volkswagen RNS510 and RNS810 V17 Navigation Map DVD Update
Bought the DVD Maps update as I was receiving the Please insert Navigation DVD. After ordering the DVD online, it arrived the following day. DVD inserted into the RNS 510 and it took about 1 and a half hours to install. All now works so highly recommended! The business also offered to sell me the SD card version of the maps for an extra £10, if the DVD didn't work.

Maps update V17 for RNS510
I ordered the SD Card, and received the 5238 firmware update free of charge. Both came with very clear instructions, which were very easy to follow. I was in contact with Brian a few times asking questions, mainly before I purchased. He was extremely helpful, and responded to emails really quickly. I am not the most technical, believe you me, but this was easy, and Brian had explained that he would support if I had any issues. Very happy customer
