As promised I said I would feedback to you…..
So after cleaning my laser with a wet disc from Maplin, (which took a while to source) your Maps went in first time and uploaded no problem, I saved it to the data rather than used it as a separate disc (I think that’s what you advised) but all in all a good job!!!
Thanks for your honesty, your advice on cleaning and your excellent customer aftercare….

I emailed a query at 11:30pm asking to confirm I was ordering the right disk and astonishingly got an immediate reply asking for an image of my kit. I sent that and got an immediate response. With service like that I just had to place an order. So I ordered on Thursday close to midnight and received the disk on Saturday. As promised the update worked. I Can recommend this company highly enough. Outstanding!

Ordered the map update for my RNS510 which arrived the following day, I emailed Brian to let him know I had received my disc and to ask a question before I used it. In less than five minutes I received a reply to my question. I put the disc in, followed the instructions that came up and in a couple of hours my sat nav was updated with the latest maps. A first class service from start to finnish and far cheaper than VW. If you need an update for your in car sat nav I can highly recommend Latest sat nav, great service at a great price.
