Updates work, good email support
The update discs (system and SatNav) work well but can be very slow to install without much sign of progress. Allow at least 1 hour for each installation to complete.

Amazing service, Disc ordered Monday late afternoon, Arrived well packed Tuesday morning. OEM disc, Maps loaded straight away and Navigation system working perfectly, Skoda wanted £175 for the same disc.

It's always tricky deciding whether to use an online supplier of software, particularly when the claims appear to be at odds with the low price. Don't worry this is a painless purchase. Apart from a strange paypal arrangement where the order is placed first and then an email requesting money then follows, its as smooth as silk. Software worked perfectly and communication with the seller is great, even at odd times. The maps update can take anything up to an hour so do your research first. To sum up; great product and a great service that does live up to its claims. Recommended.
