As promised I said I would feedback to you…..
So after cleaning my laser with a wet disc from Maplin, (which took a while to source) your Maps went in first time and uploaded no problem, I saved it to the data rather than used it as a separate disc (I think that’s what you advised) but all in all a good job!!!
Thanks for your honesty, your advice on cleaning and your excellent customer aftercare….

I emailed a query at 11:30pm asking to confirm I was ordering the right disk and astonishingly got an immediate reply asking for an image of my kit. I sent that and got an immediate response. With service like that I just had to place an order. So I ordered on Thursday close to midnight and received the disk on Saturday. As promised the update worked. I Can recommend this company highly enough. Outstanding!

Ordered the map update for my RNS510 which arrived the following day, I emailed Brian to let him know I had received my disc and to ask a question before I used it. In less than five minutes I received a reply to my question. I put the disc in, followed the instructions that came up and in a couple of hours my sat nav was updated with the latest maps. A first class service from start to finnish and far cheaper than VW. If you need an update for your in car sat nav I can highly recommend Latest sat nav, great service at a great price. Maps update V17 for RNS510
I ordered the SD Card, and received the 5238 firmware update free of charge. Both came with very clear instructions, which were very easy to follow. I was in contact with Brian a few times asking questions, mainly before I purchased. He was extremely helpful, and responded to emails really quickly. I am not the most technical, believe you me, but this was easy, and Brian had explained that he would support if I had any issues. Very happy customer

Bought the DVD Maps update as I was receiving the Please insert Navigation DVD. After ordering the DVD online, it arrived the following day. DVD inserted into the RNS 510 and it took about 1 and a half hours to install. All now works so highly recommended! The business also offered to sell me the SD card version of the maps for an extra £10, if the DVD didn't work.

Placed my order with latestsatnav and the update disc arrived a couple of days after..tried to do the update but my VW RNS510 unit just wouldn’t load the disc..got in touch with Brian at latestsatnav company who was very quick to respond and very helpful once I explained the problem..a few days later some replacement update software was at my door and now my unit is updated..a massive thank you and will recommend you in the future
