Excellent Service and Product
I ordered my dvd update and it arrived within 2 working days - put it in my Cars dvd and got a message that it would update the system and it would take 15 mins.
Sure enough 15 mins later my sat nav is totally upto date and working perfectly.

Jaguar XF 2010 SatNav Euro DVD B (UK) 2019/2020 - works perfectly
I previously bought the 2017 disk and now just updated to 2019/2020. Just inserted new disc and worked perfectly. Checked a few roads I know are not on previous version and they have appeared on the new map. The maps are actually from March 2018 but its normal for map data to be from previous year.

A piece of cake
The updated disc arrived within 24 hours of being ordered. The update process really was as simple as the website suggested. I removed the original disc from the drive ((a 2010-2011 version) and inserted the new disc. The dashboard display showed that a firmware update was required, I pressed continue and that was it... Within 10 minutes the dashboard screen went off, re-booted and once up and running again showed the Navigation option as being available once more. It really was as simple as that. Congratulations on a great product at a very reasonable price. Long may it continue.....

Excellent product.
My disc arrived in two days and works a treat. I had a bit of a hiccup when I installed the new disc as I didn't have the ignition on in the car. I got a message on the screen saying "checking disc" when I started the car and was still on over an hour later. I switched everything off and ejected the disc then started the car and inserted the disc again. This time the message said "installing", or something like that, and would take 15 minutes to complete. It took 10 and now works perfectly!
