I received the two discs I ordered within 2 days.Both were well packed and a slip explaining what to do was also included with each. Like a numpty , I didn't follow the instructions correctly and so it didn't work first off, after email chatting with them , I realised what I had done. Everything works perfectly. Receive disc, very fast with few days, I remove the old disc and insert the new disc and got message if you want to stop this update, remove disc immediately and I was panicking and removed disc, then try my old disc and not working, I try insert new disc and again not working, I contacting with seller and he told me I need to disconnect the battery, because I don't follow the instruction (yes my fault). No problem, I did and disconnects the battery and touched the two cables together (+ and -) for resetting the system, connect it back and insert new disc and receive again same message and now I press continue and this updating with 10 min and now it works perfectly. Do not follow my mistake and press continue immediately and it will be update your navigation. Thank you Latestsatnav.

Just bought a jaguar xf 2009 plate and realised the Sat nav was out of date showing a roundabout near me that was replaced by crossroads in 2014.looked on jaguar website and they had a 2013 update DVD for £171.00.wasnt paying that much and came upon this website 2017 DVD £29.99.thought that can't be right but ordered it.dvd arrived next day inserted it in car message came on screen to continue which I pressed the navigation icon disappears for about 4 minutes then screen turned off then back on navigation icon is back which I pressed and I now have 2017 Sat nav for £29.99 works perfect. Saved £140.00 pounds and have newer DVD than main dealers.obviously I'm very pleased.😁made mistake of telling the wife how much I saved so she wants new shoes and handbag😭great product great price quick delivery. 2012 Jaguar XKR-S. Ejected original 2011 disc & replaced with latest 2017/18 disc which worked straight away no problems. Now have new roads on my map which did not feature on the old one, & still have my previously saved destinations. Very happy with this product & the price. I have now had my "XF" for 10 years and the satnav was becoming noticeably out of date, prompting me to look for a replacement disc. Reviews for this Company and its product were excellent, which I have now found to be totally justified. The new disc was with me within 48 hours of ordering and loading was very easy, taking about 8 minutes. The old disc was ejected, the new one inserted and the "continue" instruction on the dashboard screen was pressed. I had the engine running during this time as I didn't know how much power would be taken from the battery during the process and didn't want the possibility of loading stopping half way through. When first loaded there was no audio, which initially concerned me but after switching off the engine and leaving for a short while, everything was functioning perfectly. Recommended all round from installation, functioning, cost and fine service from "LatestSatNav."

Excellent product.
My disc arrived in two days and works a treat. I had a bit of a hiccup when I installed the new disc as I didn't have the ignition on in the car. I got a message on the screen saying "checking disc" when I started the car and was still on over an hour later. I switched everything off and ejected the disc then started the car and inserted the disc again. This time the message said "installing", or something like that, and would take 15 minutes to complete. It took 10 and now works perfectly!

A piece of cake
The updated disc arrived within 24 hours of being ordered. The update process really was as simple as the website suggested. I removed the original disc from the drive ((a 2010-2011 version) and inserted the new disc. The dashboard display showed that a firmware update was required, I pressed continue and that was it... Within 10 minutes the dashboard screen went off, re-booted and once up and running again showed the Navigation option as being available once more. It really was as simple as that. Congratulations on a great product at a very reasonable price. Long may it continue.....

Jaguar XF 2010 SatNav Euro DVD B (UK) 2019/2020 - works perfectly
I previously bought the 2017 disk and now just updated to 2019/2020. Just inserted new disc and worked perfectly. Checked a few roads I know are not on previous version and they have appeared on the new map. The maps are actually from March 2018 but its normal for map data to be from previous year.

I ordered my dvd update and it arrived within 2 working days - put it in my Cars dvd and got a message that it would update the system and it would take 15 mins.
Sure enough 15 mins later my sat nav is totally upto date and working perfectly.

I recently purchased a XK 2011 and soon realised that the navigation disk was out of date- quick search on Google and I came across this soite. Ordered disk and hey presto arrives two days later. easy to load - took about 5 mins for the updated firmware to update. No need to be techinacial minded - just take out old disk put new one in - turn car on and follow onscreen instruction to update. Would recommend.
