🚗 Vehicle Compatibility
Suitable for selected Škoda vehicles equipped with the confirmed Columbus MIB2 High system, including compatible versions of:
Octavia A7 / 5E, Superb III / 3V, Karoq / NU and Kodiaq / NS.
Vehicle model and year alone do not confirm compatibility. Other factory navigation systems require different products.

📷 Speed Camera POI Database — 2026
The included database adds stored camera locations on compatible systems.
Depending on software and settings, supported functions can include:
✔ Camera locations on the navigation map
✔ Visual notifications
✔ Audible proximity alerts where supported and enabled
This is a stored POI database, not live radar detection. Camera locations may change, and warning behaviour depends on the infotainment configuration.
📱 Optional Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Activation
Add supported smartphone applications through the original Columbus display, including:
✔ Apple Maps through CarPlay
✔ Google Maps and Waze
✔ Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube Music where supported
✔ Calls and messages
✔ Compatible smartphone voice control
The activation provides wired smartphone integration through a compatible USB connection. Software and USB hardware compatibility must be confirmed.
Smartphone activation is not included in the Maps Only option.
📡 Optional Wireless USB Adapter
After the corresponding wired CarPlay or Android Auto function is working, a compatible adapter can provide:
✔ Wireless smartphone connectivity
✔ Automatic reconnection
✔ USB connection to the infotainment system
✔ 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi and OTA firmware updates on the supplied compatible adapter
Compatibility depends on the phone, adapter and infotainment configuration.
The adapter does not activate CarPlay or Android Auto by itself.

Great Update
With this update the sat nav is like new! My maps were 7 years old and new roads were not recognised resulting in long winded routes. Not anymore! A great improvement for me.

One of the Best Upgrades I’ve Done to My Skoda
This turned out to be one of those upgrades that you notice every single time you drive. I fitted it to my Octavia with Columbus MIB2 High, and the improvement was immediate. The navigation feels more accurate, the system feels more stable, and CarPlay has changed the way I use the car day to day. Instead of relying on a phone mount or ignoring the built-in screen, I now use the infotainment properly for routes, music, and communication. Adding the wireless option later made it even better. Altogether, it has made the car feel newer without losing the original factory look.

Exactly What My Skoda Needed
The update worked well on my Columbus system, and the navigation feels much more current now. A very worthwhile upgrade.
