Successful Update
I as an elderly man with little IT knowledge and skills have just completed an upgrade to my Sat Nav System.
The company we’re most helpful in determining what software I required to carry out this task and following the ordering and payment It was dispatched that day and I had it the following day along with some literature on how to install it.
I ran into a couple of small problems during installation, (possibly of my own making) the staff were most patient and helpful to me and the task was completed successfully.
I do wish to mention that I would have preferred to be guided using voice rather than typed messages during my difficulties but fully understand that could be quite time consuming for the individual on the other end when they are dealing with multiple clients.
Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would certainly recommend the company to anyone looking to upgrade their system.
